Thin, slightly disphane fabric

To create the triangle shape, you need to cut the fabric on the bias, that is, diagonally. This type of cut naturally gives a softer, wavy drape than cutting along the grain (in the direction of the weave). It's therefore perfectly normal for some sides to be straight and others to have a slight wave effect: this is what gives the scarf its lovely movement.

The longest side, which goes around the neck, measures approximately 25 in.
