1. Who We Are. The verysmart.ca website (the “Site”) is operated by 9210-3720 Québec inc., which does business under the name VerySmart (“VerySmart”), 555 West Chabanel Street, Suite 1203, Montreal (Quebec) H2N 2H8. Email: info@verysmart.ca.

2. Scope. These terms govern the use of the Site and purchases made on it. The Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and, for Club members, the membership terms presented at the time of registration also apply. In the event of a conflict, the more specific policy prevails. Nothing in these documents limits the rights granted to you by the Consumer Protection Act.

3. Your Account. Your login credentials are personal. Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend an account in the event of fraud, a security breach, or a violation of these terms. If VerySmart terminates a paid Club membership while the member is meeting their obligations, it will provide the member with at least 60 days’ advance written notice.

4. Products, Prices, and Orders. Our items are new and come from discontinued lines and unsold inventory. Each product page describes the item, its measurements, and any known defects. Prices are in Canadian dollars; taxes and, if applicable, shipping costs are shown before payment. The crossed-out price is explained in the Refund Policy (“Retail Price”). We ship only within Canada.

5. Permitted Use. You agree not to attempt to access data not intended for you, to compromise the security of the Site, or to use the Site to send unsolicited messages.

6. Intellectual Property. The text, photos, videos, logos, and other content on the Site belong to VerySmart or are used under license. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited. The brands of the products offered belong to their respective owners.

7. External Links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites whose content we do not control.

8. Liability. VerySmart makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Site is available and accurate, but cannot guarantee that it will operate without interruption. Nothing in these terms limits VerySmart’s liability for its own acts or those of its representatives, nor the warranties provided by law.

9. Changes to the Terms. VerySmart may change these terms for future purchases; the version applicable is the one in effect at the time you place your order. For an ongoing Club membership, VerySmart may only change the price, tier benefits, and webinar schedule after providing at least 30 days’ written notice that presents the old and new provisions; you may then refuse the change and cancel without penalty for up to 30 days after it takes effect.

10. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec. You may bring any action in the court of competent jurisdiction in your place of residence.
