In the wonderful world of clothing, sizes are not regulated. What does that mean? In concrete terms, each brand can create and use its own size chart. Great for them, a headache for us! VerySmart thwarts the irregularities of the system by offering precise measurements of each garment. But what else?

1. The precise measurements of our clothes are provided under the "MEASUREMENTS" tab of each product sheet on the site. By comparing the measurements of the garment we are interested in with those of a similar garment that fits us well, we are able to determine if the garment will fit us. 2. We never compare the measurements of a garment with those of our body. To be able to move with ease, we need space. So we compare clothes with clothes!

How to log in to your account and subscribe to the Smartenista Club

Here is a summary of important information regarding your Club Smaretnista subscription on VerySmart.ca . Please take the time to read carefully, and do not skip any steps so that everything works well for each of you.

It is extremely important to ensure that you are logged into your VERYSMART customer account before taking out your new subscription so that the system recognizes you and automatically grants the discount to which you are entitled as a subscriber.

Here's how to log in to your customer account on verysmart.ca , or create one if you haven't already:

ON COMPUTER AND TABLET IN HORIZONTAL MODE

-To log in or create an account if you don't already have one, click on the man icon at the top right of the screen:

The login page will open:

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT : enter the email and password you used

IF YOU DON'T ALREADY HAVE ONE : click on "create an account" to do so, and note down the password and emails used. :)

Once in your account, you will see the words "welcome + your first name", your purchase history if you have one, as well as the icon representing your subscription level.

Now that you are logged into your account, you can click on the CLUB tab to choose your subscription.

Once you have chosen and paid for your subscription, you can return to the CLUB tab and you will see that the interface has changed, it now allows you to access webinars, live and recorded. And because you are now connected to your account, your discount will be automatically granted at the end of each order!

ON MOBILE AND TABLET IN VERTICAL MODE

-On mobile, the menu is the three small black bars superimposed on each other, at the top left of the screen.

By clicking on the menu, you will find the stickman icon at the bottom of the section, and it will say "register/login.

If you are LOGGED IN, you will always see this:

- Once connected , you will see the words "welcome + your first name", as well as your purchase history if you have one.

Once subscribed, return to the menu:

And click on “THE CLUB” to choose your subscription:

IT IS IMPORTANT TO BE LOGGED INTO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT BEFORE TAKING OUT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION SO THAT THE SYSTEM CAN RECOGNIZE YOU AND AUTOMATICALLY GRANT YOU THE DISCOUNT TO WHICH YOU ARE ENTITLED AS A CLUB MEMBER.

Once you subscribe to the Club on VerySmart.ca , being logged in to your customer account is the only thing you need to do for the system to automatically grant the discount on orders. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you are logged in to your account at all times, as we will not be able to refund discounts to members.
